Service Description
The Situational Awareness, Adaptability, Fortification and Evacuation (SAFE) course was designed by former Special Operations Forces and Military Police soldiers as three (3) part program of instruction designed to educate students on emergency management skills for the purpose of navigating hostile environments and situations. Participants will be introduced to (over three modules): • Understanding present threats, your vulnerabilities and capacity to mitigate and/or respond. • Holistic Situational Awareness and Security - How area intelligence and identifying potential threats is your first line of defense. • Adaptability and Planning in Dynamic Situations - How to adjust your preparedness strategies based on evolving circumstances. Fortification Strategies - Applying the "Invisible Fortress" concept to your dwelling. • Bugging-in versus bugging-out (Hunkering Down vs. Evacuating) - When-to, how-to and why. Module III focuses on 'Go to Hell Planning' which delves into considerations related to Bugging-In (hunkering down) versus Bugging-Out (evacuating) and getting home during manmade and natural disasters.
