KCV Red Teams are run as recurring, integrated exercises that go far beyond checklist‑driven evaluations. They are designed to pressure‑test people, teams, and equipment in immersive, game‑theory‑informed scenarios that mirror real‑world friction, ambiguity, and opposition. Instead of simply verifying that skills and gear exist on paper, KCV Red Team events expose how they actually perform under stress, against thinking adversaries, and across the full arc of an incident. This approach reveals true performance gaps, validates Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and informs concrete adjustments to training, equipment, and procedures—turning lessons observed into lessons learned and applied to real world situations. 26 APRIL THEME: FORCED DISPLACEMENT - BUG OUT! SCENARIO: Orlando has fractured into faction controlled blocks, where former “community protection” groups are now employing death squad style raids and brutal checkpoints. People at random and especially anyone known to have resources are being targeted and overwhelmed by sheer numbers. Your home is fortified; however, your area is being cordoned off and you conclude that you must displace. Registrants will receive a digital/text message on the morning of 26 APR with instructions that will be used navigate an immersive and exciting day of scenario based training.
