WHAT IS A RED TEAM EXERCISE? KCV Red Team exercises are conducted by a team acting as an opposing force, controlling and developing a training scenario that mirrors real‑world threats. During these scenarios, the red team employs role players, training aids, and game theory to deliberately challenge your preparedness and reveal gaps in your planning, tactics, and gear. Think “escape room meets tactical training.” Each KCV Red Team concludes with a class tailored to the scenario, providing new Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) that directly transfer to your preparedness for real‑world events.
