Description: The Baseline Skills Assessment is designed for rifle owners of all skill levels who want to identify knowledge and training gaps in essential rifle handling, marksmanship, and combat applications. Participants will undergo a thorough assessment based on objective military, law enforcement, and security professional standards, resulting in a personalized roadmap for skill development. Key Assessment Areas: • Current skill level evaluation across multiple domains • Fundamental and advanced marksmanship techniques • Weapon handling and manipulation proficiency • Movement techniques in various tactical scenarios • Understanding and maximizing rifle capabilities in different operational contexts Assessment Content: • Weapon capability knowledge and handling skills evaluation • Essential, often overlooked, marksmanship fundamentals and dynamic shooting techniques assessment • Weapon manipulation drills, including malfunction clearances and reloads • Individual and team movement techniques • Evaluation of transitions between firing positions and use of cover/concealment • Close Quarters Battle (CQB) principles and techniques assessment ...and lessons learned from real world scenarios Personalized feedback and gap analysis: This course provides a unique opportunity for participants to objectively gauge their current capabilities and identify specific areas for growth. The assessment is based on established professional standards and quantitative data, ensuring a reliable evaluation of skills. This tailored approach allows for targeted skill development and efficient training progression beyond the course. Prerequisites: • Be at least 18 years old and a legal US Citizen/Resident. (Due to the Department of State ITAR regulations, tactical training is only available to US Citizens/Legal Residents.
